error in winForm c# & sqlite

Hi, everyone!

I just finished working on a project using SQLite & c# win Forms.

on mode developer, everything working well.

but whene i'm creating setup to my project (using Advanced Installer) and after setup the app on client Machine

I got the error below

and there is my code in file app.config and folder structure
