Error in Visual Studio debugger - Unable to evaluate expression

I am working in Visual Studio 2010 and using VB.NET. When debugging code in project I am getting message "Unable to evaluate expression" when tried to check value of any variable in any of the debugger windows like Wath Window, Locals windows, Imidiate Window.
Any help greatly appreciated !!
