error in crystal report at the time of installation

i am create window base application project setup in this project i am use sap crystal reports. this set up install in other client system but setup not installed following message show: required assembly CrystalDecision.ReportAppserver.CommanObjectMode version 13.0.2000.0 be installed in global assembly. i also install crystal reports runtime in client machine but same error display. plz give me this solution.
