Error: Deployment of Resource in Resource Group - Azure

Question

Hi all,

 

I tried creating an basic ASP.NET MVC webapp & publish that to Azure. Followed MSDN blogs to publish the Webapp. But the following error occured when i publish using VS2015.

But this didn't work out. Couldn't figure out my mistake.

Please help me to fix this.
