Error coming while executing SQLite in Visual Studio

Hi. I m using SQLite in Visual Studio 10. But when I run the code it shows the following error:
Mixed mode assembly is built against version 'v2.0.50727' of the runtime and cannot be loaded in the 4.0 runtime without additional configuration information.
So can you please tell me how can I solve it. Thanks.
