Error :- Access to the path is denied

Sir,

I am in ASP.NET mini project of saving images into database by sending the images into a file path and binary data into database.

I getting error in file path section. see the screenshot below:-

Actually the Folder I given is in the solution folder itself. Yet getting error. Please tell me a solution for this error.
