Entry point not found exception

Question

 I have a windows form application ,each time i click any button i got this exception in output window

A first chance exception of type 'System.EntryPointNotFoundException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

 

Though it is nothing to worry , but what is actually mean by first chance, second chance etc and when window app is running well , it means it has an entry point , then why this Kolaveri di?
