Entourage Files import to Windows Outlook

Question

Is there any possible ways available to transfer mail files from Mac Entourage 2008 to Windows outlook 2010.

Not to forget a main point that I have a life time of mails that are to be migrated.

How can this migration be made easy and in few steps retaining all the data and folder hierarchy?
