Entity framework mvc .net

Question

Please anyone help me.i have problem with entity database connection.

i have mvc project this is run online successully . but i am trying to connect with local database but this exeption is caught. i also change connection in web config for local database after that i fetch that problem

The underlying provider failed on Open.
