english word to marathi offline

Question

I want write a code for windows application, with vs 2010 and c#. This will convert english word to marathi offline i.e. no use of internet and google api. 

suppose i type marathi word, rachit  it will convert to ???? 

In what way I have to go?? plz help me!!
