Encountered with SignTool Error

Question

When i tried to debug my application, I encountered with

Error : An error occurred while signing: Failed to sign bin\Debug\app.publish\MyAPP.exe. SignTool Error: No certificates were found that met all the given criteria.

Please help me out. How do i fix this issue.
