Enable DataBase Mail in SQL Server 2005

I want to configure the database mail in SQL Server 2005
For that i want to enable the Database Mail.
i Referred the article from the link

http://www.db-staff.com/index.php/microsoft-sql-server/90-configure-database -mail

But in my system i'm not having the Database Mail Option in SQL Sever 2005.
In Surface Area Configuration is Like this.
