Employee Information and Payroll Management System

Question

I want to make an Employee Information System and Payroll Management System windows application .

 

The features of the application would be :

 

1. The user can add/modify/delete employee details like name,add,phone,salary structure etc.

     

2. The user can manage payroll of employee. Salary should be calculated by attendance. Salary Structure should be like basci+da(20% of Basic)+HRA(5% of Basic) like this. User can get the salary statement of an employee and print this.

 

 So I need to make an application where there would be an GUI where menus like add employee,modify employee, manage payroll,print salary statement would be there and each menu will move to its own GUI and it should work . E.g if user click on print salary statement then a gui will come and then user need to enter the employee code the the salary details will be fetched from database and use can print this.
