Email Sending Issue

Question

hello guys how r u ?

i have created an application which send email to multiple users like 150 to 300 and populate grid again.
when the user select the SelectAll checkbox in the grid for users then system starts send email to all users and processing mouse clock or browsing circle starts running on internet explorer.
when email complete send to all users then the browsing circle not stop its still running on internet explorer and not populate grid again ..

whats the problem i can not understand ...
