Email sending in asp.net??

I want to send job details through email ,but I don't know how to ,further details please check  below link

 Here they are sending the details through mail id,while sending they are using only senders mail id and receiver mail id,can any one tell how to write the code for this(Kindly check  the right side select option dropdwon--->Email job to a friend)
