email form working fine when the project location in workfolders only

Question

I configured a c# windows app form in my project for sending emails and I located the project it in my Work Folders which assigned to a local server. The form works fine when i excute (or debug) the project on  Work Folders and sends emails perfectly but when i change the location of project folder to an other location like desktop of program files folder,  the form bolck for sometime then a message like "operation has timed out" appears>>>
