elp with WCF Host and Client communication

Question

I am new to Windows COmmunication FOundation. I am trying to host my WCF service on the Internet for testing.
My Host is on a Remote machine on Internet and client on my local PC. Both Host and Client are on Windows XP.
I developed the code, but it is not working.
I want my Host to be on a particulat Port #. I will be hosting this on IIS 7.0
Here is my code, what is missing here?. Do I need to make any changes in Configuration if so, what and where.

Iam able to get the Service Name in the Windows Services but iam not getting the message from teh Host back to
my clicnt on my client machine from the Host machine.
