editing existing link in pdf file using vb.net

Question

 
Goodmorning Programmers,

 i nened to create a  program which can open a pdf file check a links in it,
and change it to some other link, and save  a pdf as new one 
examples: all links in a pdf need to be set to www.google.com,

so whats the procedure for doing he same

whether its possible to do so ?
if yes then how?
