Editable Gridview in asp.net C#

Question

There is i can posted a sample image of gridview there are four columns Sr No Subject code  Subject name and Result

i want to first 3 columns are disable for user it is only readable for user no can change this data and last result column editable that is enable for user for fill the marks of that specific subject

 

is it possible in c#,asp.net

use grid view

 

or any suggestion for this concept
