Edit shape - help me

Dearest my poeple ! Today , i feel really unhappy when I have a problem.It's difficult to do for me. I think you know Rational Rose and how to use it. I want to program a small sotware like Rational Rose. It can create class, actor , line ... complete like Rational Rose. I am using C# ... I thank you help me to do this.
