Edit in one form and display in grid on another form

Question

I have two windows forms. On one form there is gridview control, two buttons for edit and delete respectively. when I select a particular row of a grid and press a edit button then other form should get displyed without closing this one and  that data should be get binded to the two textboxes which is on other form for editing purpose. Then I make editing in these texboxes and click update button then data should be update and again get binded to the datagrid on the first form.How Can I do that? plz help Its urgent
