Edit in file word

Question

Dear All

I need to access to a file MS word

and to find in the file for example ( car = xxx), i need to fine car = and put xxx in a string or to take the whole line in a string

after that change "xxx" to "yyy"

i'm using reference : Com Microsoft.office.introp.word

Please i need help in this problem
