Dynamically populate Menu from database as mob Responsively

Hi All  ,

 

     On  my New  Mobile Responsive project ( Asp.net Application ).i need a situation to populate menu from database with Mobile Responsive.If the Menu items too large it should scrollable .If Anybody knows about it .let me know with suitable example.
