Dynamically load c# code from mssql databade

Question

Hi I have a requirement to build asp.net project to dynamically create forms I have done my jQuery and css script in mssql database and fetches the code on page load. It works fine. My issue is that same way all my c# code I have to store in database and on each asp page when opened in browser it should go to database and add the c# code should be fetched as asp inline expression. Basically I don't want to have code behind file. All my html Css JavaScript and c# script to be stored in database and the page will load required code at run time when opened in browser. All it's ok for me except c# code. My database is mssql 2017 Thank you in advance
