dynamic value changing svg progress bar in circle .

i am creating a project, in that now i need a dynamic value changing svg progress bar in circle .

the color of svg progress bar percentage changed by database count value.

 

the percentage of progress bar automatically increase or decrease by the database count value.

if once the count is reach 100 % means the bar color fully changed.

 

if once the count is reach 0% means the bar should be displays no color

 

i have tried a lot with googe , but i cant able to get the exact output for this module.

 

if anyone of you know hoe to done this task means , suggest me to i am done this task .
