Dynamic Row Add and Delete before saving to database.

Question

I have a detail form in which I am trying to add option to add new row and delete row and I want to add row by passing the whole form to the controller and add new row and it's working fine but when i delete any random row it will always delete the last row but from controller in delete the selected one but when partial view update it remove the last row not the selected one.
