Dynamic gridview with column and row split,whole grid should be editable in .net

Question

Hi,
   can any one please give a solution for dynamic gridview with the following options:
1.gridview with spliting row and new row should have value as same as in existing row and also delete the row.
2.the whole grid should be editable while onclik the edit button.
3.edit should be segment level not like row level.
