Dynamic data Web Site Insert Issue

Question

Creating my first Dynamic Data web Site using Visual Studio 2008 in C# language.

 

created some custom pages but not able to make insert process work.

 

For custom pages I copied previously auto generated pages List.aspx, Edit.aspx etc...

 

Pls help as Insert is not working
