Dynamic calculation in radgridview

Question

If i add or delete a value in a radGridview the same value must be reflected in another  radGridview .. Both grids r in same form .. Ple, give me reply soon . I searched under "Dynamic calculation in radgridview" but i couldn't find relevant answer.
