duplicate in bootstrap javascript files

Question

i have download admin bootstrap template it works fine then i have to do  popup windows using this example

the problem is that the two  css for admin

<link href="css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
  <link href="css/AdminLTE.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

stoped the popup which use

 <link href="Styles/bootstrap.css" rel="stylesheet" />

        <script src="Scripts/jquery-1.8.2.js"></script>

       <script src="Scripts/bootstrap.js"></script>   

what is the best  soulation for that to work beside without problem
