Dropdownlist in Asp .Net (MVC 4)

Question

I want to use three dropdownlist Country,State and City ,how to  fetching data from database to country, if i select country state will be dropdown automaticly, how can use it, pls give me solution.

How to create model, controller and view in Razor syntax.
