Dropdown is moving upwards in IE11

Hi All,

I have a dropdown list and I am trying to run that in IE11, So when I do this, the dropdown list moving upwards..I need to fix this..Please let me know if you have the answer for this bug? Please don''t just don't copy and paste the links comments, I googled it and did not find the exact solution.
