drop down list codeing that insert in data base

Question

i have an a drop down list by click on dropdown list if i select any item and insert the values acc to our requirement ii i submit the button iee.. insert those values has to be inserted. but the problem is if i select 3 items and fill the details of that items it should in't insert in database means my code work for all the items or single item can u help for that.....
