DROP CAPS Is it possible to edit an entire document

Question

Is it possible to update an entire document (short story for example) to change every paragraph to begin with a Drop Cap?

 I have been able to change each 'first letter' in a paragraph, but I would like to change every first letter  for every paragraph in my document

and I have not been able to find an online answer to that question.
