Drawing in C# Windows Form

Question

Hi guys, I am working with saving a picture into my database. However, one my problem is, I have an existing picture, in that picture I am going to draw marks on a certain area on that existing picture and save it to my database. How am I be able to save the current picture and markings I made on that picture. Can anyone give me an idea. Thanks in advance.
