You can look into using LEADTOOLS Annotation and Markup SDK Libraries inside your application. https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/annotation You can look into using the AnnContainer class coupled with the AnnPolyLineObject class to draw a line annotation on an image. Also, you can burn the line annotation to the image if you would like using the AnnWinFormsRenderingEngine class.
