draging images just like in folders

Hi everyone , i have a user control (a picture box and a label) to display images as thumbnails
i create instances dynamically in form and now want to perform drag drop just for changing location of two control , but while doing this i want to see both image and label text dragging as windows does. i wonder may i do this and how windows do that , thanks
