Dragable Listbox(not list Item)

Question

on Page loadinig .I  was dynamically added  multiple listbox with data.

Now i want to drag selected listbox from one  position to other for comparing with each other.

i searched more sites but they drag listbox item.and i want to drag selected listbox.

plz give me solution.
