Doubt In timer ? ? ?

Hai,Friends, 

      I need one help. i Need timer in asp.net page. 
Like this  => Textbox,  Timer 

If i click timer means it will display like Clock and then i have pick the time from timer.Then it will add to Textbox and then finally it store in DB.
