Domain Users Can't Print to a Shared Printer

Question

Hey Guys...

Happy New Year....

I have a domain with a 50 users... and i have a printer installed on one of the client (user02) printer is HP 1600... i shared the printer... and the user02 can print normally...

Now when i'm trying to print from any other client (any other user) the job stuck and didn't run until i restart the service ( Print Spool) on the use pc which the printer is attached to (user02)... but when i login as an administrator to any client and print it's printing smoothly without any problem

any idea guys ???
