Does it possible to use C# to build Video Conferencing Product?

Hello! I would like to know if possible to use C# to build Video Conferencing Product? Why I ask you this question? It is because I have searched around the whole websites (so many C# forums) and posted the same questions but no one can give me answer? Moreover, I found that no video and audio codec can support C#. Most likely source code that I found is Peer to Peer text messaging, but no video and audio communication one?
