Does I have chances to change from L2 to Dev team in MNC

Question

Hi, I am Muzakeer, recently joined in one of the MNC 4months ago and got trained on .NET technology

Now I am in Support Team(AVM) of internal project, I am very much enthusiatic to go with Dev team as I don't find any challenging work here.

Is there any chances to enter in Dev team after 1year experience in present organisation or should I need to shift the company and look for the better opportunities? 

As I am a 2017 passed out, does I have any chances to get the good opportunities in other organisations?
