Document. forms 0 .submit() not working in IE

Hello,

I am using this

document.forms['navNext'].submit(); into the javascript but not working on IE.

Why its possible. even i used

$('#' + formId).trigger('submit');

the vaules but still not working.

IS anyone help on this.

In the above code I used JS and Jquery and tested it inIE. It's working fine. Try and let me know.
