Docking,Splitter Window. How to implement a Resize Bar with visual feedback!?

Hello, I have a question regarding to Docking Windows. How do i implement a Resizing Bar. I mean with a Resizing Bar the visual feedback if i resize a Docking Window.(Resizing is working) I have problems to draw over all controls in my form. I need somthing like global over all Drawing Context which should be transparent of course. I tried it with a transparent control (PictureBox) but it wont work for me(or maybe i do something wrong). So i have to clear some things up. Is there a global drawing context for Window Forms? Is the way with the transparent control the right way? Is there a simpler msdn built in Solution out? Some questions, but i hope somebody here can help me or can give me some resources which i can check out. Thanx in advance Regards Andre Szokol Berlin,Germany
