Display problem in .NET

Question

I create a webpage in asp.net with c#.in my display it appear alright,but when I access it in other machine whose display is small,then it cannot appear in default mode,it use scroll bar to see the whole page.but i saw that when we open gmail it appear in right way in all type of display.i am not used any .css file,for this aspx page.
