Displaying Employee Monthly Data into gridview from Table

Question

Hii I have a table named tblSchedule from which i want to extract a particular employee's timein,timeout,status....etc of the current month into a gridview. But the data should be of the employee who has logged in and of the current month(i.e from 1 to 30) and the gridview should have tabs to choose between next and previous month... So please can anyone provide me solution for this..Thanks in advance
