Displaying and opening all programs

Question

hello, so I an making a program that is similar to jarvis. I have the basics such as reading weather, talking to you, plaing music and opening websites.. But on thing I want to do is be able to click a button that shows a new form. And in that form is a search box where you can search for a program or file that is on the pc and the relevant results apear.. If yo click on if these the program opens. I kno how to make a button show a form I just need the code to be able to do the search an open.

If anyone manages to get this working I will give them my program and code via email in a zip folder ??!
