display video in vlc player

Question

i have to play breaking news,video,Advertisements in my system by retrieving from dadabase.

Breaking news has to play in top of the screen (10% Of screen)

videos had to play in middle of the screen (85% of screen)

Advertisements has to move on bottom of the screen(5% of screen size)
