Display users First name and LastName in HTML page?

Question

I have designed two html pages one is login page and welcome page.

When i login correctly the First Name and Last Name should display on welcome page.

 

* For this should  I use PHP code or without using PHP code can be done?

 if possible please provide code (no asp.net)

* I have used php for backend. (i should not use php code in frontend. is it possible?)
