Display the Appointments from a Shared Calender in Outlook

Question

Please help me out how can i retrieve all appointments from a shared calender in MS outlook 2010 and display it on a screen using C# .

 

Wants to particularly display on a screen outside the meeting room, which showa currently which meeting is ongoing and also show which is the next upcoming meeting.
